Cut and assemble three paper plates into a lovely 3-dimensional flying dove, ready for the kids to hang in the home or classroom. You will need: 1 large paper plate 2 small paper plates Yellow paper Sticky eyes String Instructions: Fold the large paper plate in half.

Sunday school craft - A simple suncatcher made by using mod podge (or thinned white glue) to adhere pieces of flame colored tissue paper onto the back side of the clear plastic plate. The dove is cut from sticky-back foam and added to the front side. It glows beautifully on a window ledge.

It's time to start making Christmas crafts! Yesterday we put up the tree and it was so, so sweet to see my preschooler oohing and ahhing over the lights. Today I tried to keep the Christmas-y momentum going with this super easy paper plate dove craft. Inspired by Imagination Tree's sweet dove handprint keepsake, we made our own version using paper plates instead of salt dough.
