This place was said to have inspired Miyazaki’s famous film, Spirited Away 🏮 As huge fans of the anime, we had to make a trip to Jiufen in Taiwan. The glowing lanterns and light rain made the setting feel magical. 🇹🇼 [ Tips for Visiting Jiufen, Taiwan ] In my opinion, Jiufen's bright red lanterns and narrow alleyways make it the most picturesque village in Taiwan. The lantern-strewn exterior of the famous A-Mei teahouse resembles the epic scenes from Miyazaki's “Spirited Away”!
