They are so quick and easy to create and please don’t think you have to follow this tutorial exactly, you can put your own spooky spin on these cute ghosts! NOTE: you can use a foam ball instead of the coconut basket liner but I found the liners on clearance at JoAnn’s for ONLY $1.50 each! The foam ball ranged from $10 to $15 and I had 7 windows to fill with the boho ghosts! I went with the $1.50! 😉 If you can’t find the tomato🍅 cages at your local hardware store, we have several stacks in the garden center. Mads ⋒ on Instagram: "DIY LACEY & FLORAL VIRAL CHEESECLOTH GHOSTS 👻 these turned out so cute 🌸😍👻 Supplies: -fabric stiffener (or Elmer’s glue, modpodge, liquid starch) -water -bowl -vases or cups of varying sizes -ballon’s -fabric (cheesecloth, lace, floral mesh..whatever your heart desires) -scissors -black felt (for the eyes) -hot glue gun or Elmer’s glue -mini foam pumpkins -acrylic paint or floral tape for pumpkin decorating -pipe cleaners (for ghost arms) -tape Tips: 1. Not all cheeseclothes are created equal. There are different grades. The white ghosts are 50/60 grade and the light beige ghost is 90 grade (which is why I used 2 layers for the lower grade and only one layer for the higher grade. Lower grade is a tad flimsier. ) 2. "These lace ghosts will give a touch of shabby chic elegance to your Halloween decor. They can be used as a bowl filler, or standing displayed on tables, shelves, mantles, tiered trays, etc... You can choose from no stand (bowl filler) or on a dowel and base. The standing are available in heights of approx 5\" or 7\" tall. The 5\" will not show the base and with the 7\" you will see the base and part of the stained dowel.
