Super Easy Lemon Bars 4/5 Thought I had made this recipe and it turned out super well--but it was a different one! Made this one the second time and found the crust/bottom to be thicker than I like. Taste better the next day because the moisture soaks down some more. Mom really liked them because they were more like finger food.
