What you need: 
1 C peanut butter of choice
1/2 C Honey of choice
2 1/2 C Old Fashioned Rolled/ or quick Oats (you can mix the two)
1/2 Cup Mini Chocolate chips 
Optional: 1/4 C Shredded sweetened coconut flakes
1/4-1/3 C melted chocolate wafers for drizzling (I totally recommend Ghirardelli milk or Dark chocolate melting wafers)

NOTE: If you’re wanting to use a whole sheet pan like I  did, you will need to double the recipe!

In a large mixing bowl, add in your peanut butter and honey. Place in the microwave for 30 seconds/until peanut butter is melted and smooth.

Next, add in your oats and coconut flakes. Mix thoroughly
