Window Monsters - cut out silhouettes paint them black, tape them to the inside of your window and hang a plastic table cloth behind it. This one is green but it's hard to tell in the picture.

This is a great way to creep out your neighbors and trick-or-treaters this Halloween. All you need for this project is black card stock, a pencil, scissors and tape.
