Chef presented us with the Kamikaze 2 (salmon, tempura flakes, cucumber, fish egg, and small slices of lemon) roll. I found the addition of small slices of lemon really refreshing in the two rolls that had the bits of tempura. The Kamikaze 2 was different than how it is normally served (with cooked salmon) and had rather soggy tempura bits (not yummy). So WJ and I found ourselves picking it out near the end of the meal. 🍱🍣Sushi platter from Panda House in Lenox, MA. Sushi was absolutely delicious! 💯The spicy mayo was delicious and all the fish tasted fresh! The only con (imo) is that some of the rolls were covered with tempura flakes and other sauces, which I definitely love except it has hard to tell what was in each roll.
