This my card for Lilly's 60th Birthday Card. I used transparency paper for the strips for the 60 and the hearts and stars.

One of the lovely things about being a card maker is that when special people in your life have special birthdays you can pull out all the stop and make them something really lovely. This was for a sweet friend of mine who I have known since I moved to Welshpool (20 years). She loves creating too, so it had to be a good one!
