These little Cups are so tasty and so easy to make. This... | By Kiera | Okay. So, these are the big shells and you just turn em inside out so they make a nice cup. I did use some pam on my muffin tin first. So, just keep popping em just like that. Okay, got my last cup going in with the ricotta cheese. This is a really great classic cheese. You're going to just want to use a little bit. So, I would say about half a teaspoon like that, right at the bottom. So, you have that flavor. It'll be great. I'm still lost to what you're doing. Well I have two oopsie. Two classic flavors here. So it's going to be you'll figure it out in just a minute. You got a noodle. You got ricotta cheese so far. I mean I have an idea but it's like the traditional method that I know is normally not done this way. Right. And don't worry I've washed my hands folks. What about the chicken? Chicken. Oh my gosh. That was so funny. Okay so we've got our cheese in. Now I'm going to go in with some tomato basil sauce. I love this one. I love basil. It's really really refreshing. And I'm going to just top that in. Just like that. Back and forth. So you've got these delicious flavours. That ricotta cheese is going to cook down. Okay. So So now we're moving on. I've already precooked this ground beef. So it's 80% lean beef. You can use whatever you like but I like it a lot. So you're going to be a little bit more generous with this because we're going to start to fill these cups up. There we go. Take it in. Push it in. This is a lot of lasagna flavours right now. But I've never seen a lasagna with a shell and a muffin tin. I know. It's an easy lasagna. Like all those layers. This I mean this how fast and simple is this. And it's really fun a new way to do things. I absolutely love cooking with muffin tins. It's such an easy cleanup. The kids love it and it's just different, right? It's almost like this could be a handheld lasagna cup watch. I don't know how it's going to come out but we'll have to see again. Yeah. So, I'm just going to kind of fill these up. If you have leftover, you can just smoosh it on in. Just like that. Go to this cup and then, I want to see. Is there anything that could use a little more, dad? I think they're good. I would go to the next step. More sauce. Sorry, you do have to have a couple layers. Oh, now our oven's ready. We have that preheating at 400. Well who doesn't like a saucy lasagna? Yeah you need the sauce. Otherwise it'd be super dry. I mean I wouldn't want a lot of sauce. Lots of sauce Mom. Okay. That's just ridiculous. Okay. Last two. Nice and saucy per your request. I like sauce mom. Oh my gosh. I got a little too too excited on that step here. Now it's time for the cheeses. Can't Lasagna without some mozzarella. So this is the low fat skin. Just put it right on top. Pack it in. Just like so. Keep on going in. This is going to bake in. As I mentioned I panned the tin so it's just going to cook around it. Okay. Sometimes it likes to stick together. Just separate that and just use the rest wherever you see fit. There we go. Okay. Onto the Parmesan Regiano. We love this stuff. We use it all the time. It makes such a great like grit on top. So just sprinkle it on just like oh as I oh I'm trying to shield it so it doesn't fly into the next you know. I get in the zone. Just like Brittany said. I get in the zone. Alright. Ah. See what happens when I don't use the cup shield, the hand shield. See? That is for fault. Just move some Parmesan over to that oven. Oh my gosh. Yeah. What a mess. We're good. We're good. It's all your fault. How dare you? Alright. Now, we're going to some Italian seasoning. I'm actually going to use the sprinkly side, not that side. That would be way too much and just over the top. Two, three shakes. Shake, shake, shake, shake, shake, shake. Shake your seasoning. Just have fun with food. You know what I mean? Like I'm always singing and dancing in the kitchen. I just love it. Okay, cool. We're ready. So, into the oven as I mentioned, I am going to kind of tuck in the cheese a little bit. Tuck it in. I don't want to burn it and we are popping these babies into the oven at 400. It's really not going to take a lot of time to come together. So, keep an eye on it. I'm thinking about 10 to 15 minutes. 20 to 30. Let's see who's right. Alrighty. So, winner, winner, chicken dinner. We both win because it's about 25 minutes. So. I said 20 to 30. I thought you said more. Anyway, I win because that's that's Okay. It's going to need to cool down but I can't wait to get into this. It smells so good. We're all so hungry and this is an easy peasy dinner. Wow. I can't wait. Okay, I can't wait to get into this but remember how I said I was like bummed about the cheese and now, I love this crusty parmesan. Mmm. I should've just put it all over. That's so good. Okay. I'm going to go for this guy. Ooh, that one so good. I wanted that one. Ah. Oh my God. I wish. Always. Oh. I dropped it. That's okay. Look at that beautiful shell. Look how cool that looks. It's like the perfect little cup of kids are going to love this. Okay. I'm going to bring it over here. I just can't wait any longer. Let me cut into this. It's hot. I can tell. Oh look at how oh look at that. Look at how soft the noodle one. Yep. This is this is just delicious. See that ricotta? Here it comes. Ooh. Oh yeah. I'm so excited. I'm so hungry. And this is like calling my name. I always struggle eating like this way. I don't know what I like for whatever reason. When we're at the dinner table it's not this way. It's it's not. I I can I can eat. I swear. Like this is so silly but look at that. Can you see it? It looks amazing. Oh my gosh. It's got everything. Oh it's about to fall. It's okay. It's steaming hot. Look at that rib. Whoa. Yum. Still so hot. It's still dripping but it's so good. It's amazing though. I'm going to go from the bottom. You hurry up. I want to. So good. Wow. I'm not making lasagna any other way. Oh my goodness. Wow. Going for another side. This is so good. Babe, you're going to love this. I can't wait to give it to the kids. They're going to love it. Folo.
