Painted Flowers

This beautiful cake is decorated in a palette knife style, except we use an offset spatula. Buttercream flowers in pastel pink, light blue, and white are painted on like a work of art, and then abstract green smears representing leaves are applied. A piping bag adds yellow centers with brown accents. This simple yet unique design idea would be pretty for a baby shower/gender reveal, birthday party, or wedding.
