What are my options at checkout?

Courier – Flat rate: Nationwide door to door delivery at a flat fee of R120.00 for qualifying orders. These are actioned by either Fastway or DSV.

Own collection: If choosing to arrange your own collection , a R35.00 packaging fee will apply. Just place your order, pay and your goods which will be kept for you for 3 working days. If not collected in that timeframe, the product availability clause below will apply if necessary.

Qualifying orders are deemed to be purchases that do not contain any of the few select large items that make the parcel exceedingly volumetric (e.g. stretched canvases) and are not to an unusually remote area. The select items will be tagged on the site. Shipping these orders will be R120.00 no matter what the value of the order.

We endeavour to pack and dispatch your order within 1 working day of receipt, but the time taken until you receive it is dependent on the couriers who do not work/deliver on weekends or public holidays when it would be, you know, convenient. It also naturally depends also on where you are in the country. Mostly, without hiccups, it is 2 – 4 working days.

Yes, we will gladly amend orders that have not yet been dispatched. We can cancel items, increase or decrease quantities or edit your shipping details, whatever! We can even combine that ‘afterthought’ order to consolidate postage. Please contact us on info@craftyarts.co.za and we will happily assist you.

Where is my order?

First, please make sure you have given us the correct shipping address. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link which will enable you to track your parcel. You can click the link provided to follow your tracking number directly on Fastway Couriers website or input your DSV tracking number onto their website if sent with them.

If sent with Pargo, you will get an update for every status change of your delivery from start to finish.

Do you deliver outside of South Africa?

If you don’t live here and would like a delivery outside of South Africa, you would have to choose the send your own courier option and make your own shipping arrangements, but we would gladly package your order and make sure it is ready for collection.

P.S. At the checkout stage, there is an option to choose the currency you wish to pay in. If you choose not to pay in ZAR, be aware your bank may attach a fee.

Crafty Arts is a physical store as well as an online store and therefore we are not able to guarantee that the product you order will be in stock with either ourselves or with our suppliers at the precise time of order. On the rare occasion that we do not have stock of the item(s) you requested, we will offer you a choice of either placing the item(s) on back order, a product substitution, a credit voucher or a refund. Should the price have changed in the interim, you will be offered the same options as above or the choice to pay in the difference.
