What is the difference between Basic and Advanced?

Basic is the part of each product that lets you build and see: org charts and structural views in Atlas, process maps and an inventory in Process, an architecture view from a scan in Blueprint, a readiness score in Compass, and a standard genogram in Genogram. Basic is on every plan, including Free. Advanced is the analysis, governance and workflow layer of each product — field packs and scenarios, provenance and evidence, findings and drift, reviewer workflow, clinical reports. Advanced is available on Enterprise, granted per product.

How do I get an Advanced product?

Talk to sales. We set up a 30-day evaluation for one product on your own organization; it starts counting only after your first real import or scan succeeds. If you continue, the product is added to your Enterprise agreement as an explicit grant. If you don't, your imported data stays readable.

What does the Free plan include?

The full canvas with all diagram types, up to 40 shapes per diagram, real-time collaboration, team link sharing, and the Basic tier of every Creately product. Advanced features appear as previews so you can see what they do, but they run on Enterprise.

What does Pro add?

Unlimited shapes, full export, private links and invitations by email, and one connected data source that refreshes daily. Business removes the source limit and adds admin controls and an audit log.

I'm an existing subscriber. Does anything change?

No. Existing subscribers keep their current plan and price. Nothing changes unless you choose to switch to a new plan.

How do I buy Compass?
