The desktop of Windows Vista Kagome Titanium SP2 Edition

Windows Vista Kagome Titanium SP2 Edition is a bootleg Windows Vista SP2 edition, which was created by amc. It released on July 20, 2009, and was added to the archive on February 4, 2023.

The bootleg is a modified Windows Vista SP2 ISO. The OS is now styled with a Mac OS theme (particularly Aqua). It comes with 1 GB worth of software, updates and graphical utilities which is installed through the WPI on the CD itself, 50+ themes and 200+ wallpapers.

During the OOBE finalization sequence, registry tweaks will be applied (which means you will get 3 different Open with Notepad menu items, one of which doesn't even work, and duplicate settings which make the OS a little less stable, well, not any more unstable than Windows Vista usually is). You can also re-apply them in the WPI in case you missed them.

It is preactivated. The ISO was made using vLite 1.2 on Windows Vista Ultimate SP2 32-bit.

Major submission guideline change
Effective immediately today (September 11, 2024), you can no longer submit your own bootlegs or submit bootlegs made after 2020 (unless they are notable in some way). The community bootleg section is also discontinued. Further information can be found in the #announcements channel of our Discord server.

CrustyWindows now has its own Discord server. You can use it to discuss the CrustyWindows project, Wiki, or just modified operating systems in general. You can also submit ISOs for the collection or just hang out! You can also get notified of future updates to the collection if you join the Discord server.
