I bought your Santa Bon Bon bowl and have tried to print it but when printing it the wording and santa's face are missing, checking in bambu studio and cura, they both have problems with the file and slicing it to print.

Perdona he estado muy liado estos días, pues mi motivo es que al laminarlo en cura me sale como una malla que me dice que faltan superficies, como que el archivo esta mal y claro e pagado 7€ por un archivo que no puedo imprimir pues me jode por que es un dinero invertido por el archivo si fuera 1€ ni te molesto pero claro es un dinero. un saludo.
