🌶️ Chipotle Lime Marinade * 2 chipotle peppers in adobo, mashed * 2 tbsp lime juice * 2 tbsp olive oil * 2 tbsp soy sauce * 2 tsp maple syrup * 2 garlic cloves, minced 🍊 Orange Miso Marinade * 4 tbsp white miso paste * Juice + zest of 1 orange * 2 tbsp soy sauce * 2 tbsp rice vinegar * 2 tsp maple syrup * 2 tsp grated ginger * 2 tbsp water to thin 🧄 Garlic Tahini Marinade * 4 tbsp tahini * Juice of 2 lemons * 2 garlic cloves, minced * 2 tbsp soy sauce * 2 tsp maple syrup * 2–4 tbsp water to thin * Cracked black pepper to taste Pan-Fry (Crispy Outside) 1. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. 2. Add marinated tofu (shake off excess liquid) in a single layer. 3. Cook for 3–4 minutes per side until golden and crisp. by @le_cocque
