Bacon, Egg & Cheese Chaffle Sandwich I made this for brunch today and split it with my youngest daughter. She kept saying "This is soooo good mom!" 🙌😊 RECIPE: • 1. Layer shredded cheese, egg whites and more cheese in a waffle maker. • 2. Cook for 2-3 minutes and then let it cool a bit before removing. • 3. Repeat steps 1 &2 to make two. • 4. In a non-stick skillet, melt 1 tbsp of butter. • 5. Add in two beaten eggs. • 6. Place your chaffle slices in the egg mixture as shown in the video. • 7. Carefully flip the entire thing over. • 8. On one chaffle slice, add your favorite breakfast sandwich fixings. *I did cheese & bacon. • 9.
