For those of you that have been following my photostream for a while probably know that this is one of my favorite bridges. I decided to stop by early because I was going to try to get some sunset pictures from the Pasco side but unfortunately I got off work late and didn't make it. So I decided to go to the Kennewick side and take some from another vantage point trying out some different techniques. To my dismay the lights hadn't turned on at this point.
