It’s not often that I say something is the best thing I have ever made. A croissant is already so good, so how do you make it even better? You add more butter, sugar, & vanilla. I don’t even know how to describe this combination - it’s crispy, it’s flakey, but a little more dense because you flatten the croissant. It makes the perfect texture & the flavor will blow your mind. 

Ingredients 
•3 croissants (already baked)
•1 stick of salted butter, softened 
•5 T brown sugar
•3-4 T honey 
•2 t vanilla extract 

Recipe
*preheat oven to 360 F
