It’s actually from build up of yeast that feed on excess oil and cause a reaction with redness, dry flaky skin around the nose, mouth, and in the eyebrows. Mix SootheHC @azimdskincare with Clotrimazole cream in a 1:1 ratio and apply it to the dry flakes 2-3x a day for 1-2 weeks to clear it. It’s going to want to come back so prevent flares by washing with medicated shampoos like @headandshoulders with Zinc.
