I think this is called Holy Cow Cake because that's what everyone says when that taste it =)Note...cool whip and cream cheese topping is kinda rich. Holy Cow Cake Recipe:

Cake Ingredients:
1 3/4 cup of flour
3/4 cup of cocoa
1 3/4 cup of sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons of baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of cinnamon

One cup of heavy cream
Two large eggs
1/2 a cup oil
2 teaspoons of vanilla
One cup of hot coffee

Topping Ingredients:
One can of sweetened condensed milk
8 ounces of caramel
One block of softened cream cheese
12 ounces of Cool Whip
2 cups of crushed Butterfingers
2 cups of crushed Reesie’s peanut butter cups
