Roll top desk makeover

Every time I'm refinishing furniture ,one of my favorite parts of the project is to sand the top completely and give it a new color. That gorgeous roll top desk has a few coats of jacobean stain which is just simply gorgeous- warm and dark enough to underline the wood grain on it.

You might remember Lauren’s style from her bedroom before and after; she turned a kind of boring bedroom into an exciting nautical and rustic-themed retreat. Well she’s back on a smaller scale, infusing some serious fun into an inherited desk from the in-laws.
