MacKenzie Smith on Instagram: "If you were a fan of the viral spicy tuna crispy rice trend, then stop scrolling! This spicy tuna inari is my favorite handheld sushi creation that also happens to be super easy to make! It’s not only a no-cook recipe but the thing can be ready in about 15 minutes - making it perfect for weeknight dinners. The inari is basically a fried tofu pocket that’s sweet and salty and insanely delicious! You can top it with whatever you want but for me, it’s all about my simple spicy tuna recipe that was inspired by my fav sushi spot that closed down - @sasakisushi_nsb!!!

Xi Chen | Food & Travel on Instagram: "Inari sushi is a traditional type of sushi, that is made by filling deep-fried marinated tofu pockets with sushi rice. The tofu pockets are addictively juicy with a sweet and salty taste. I believe, it's the easiest type of sushi you can make at home and all you need is a bag of marinade tofu pockets and sushi rice. I like to top them as well, here are some ideas from the video: Cucumber salad = sliced cucumber with sushi seasoning and sesame seeds Smoked salmon = I bought Stremellachs for that Spicy mayo tuna = canned tuna with maya and Sriracha Corn = corn and mayo Other ideas: avocado, surimi, raw salmon or tuna I ate 6 and I was super full, there were 12 pieces in the bag.
