I did this for 3 minutes and felt the back of the throat, neck and ear open. I could easily do one side for up to 15-20 minutes. Take your time, be intentional with moves. This is muscle work. Not lymph drainage. I prefer doing these massages while laying down with the head on a pillow. When the neck is relaxed (we aren’t using muscles to hold up our head), the massage is easier and there is better access to the tissue🤍 Have fun!
