AI-Native Transformation Platform

We map how your
company actually works —
then build the system
that runs it.

Most companies buy AI tools before they understand their own work. Dagg starts with the work. We map it into your WorkGraph, then use the Dagg Factory to ship production-grade workflows, governed agents and custom AI-native software — turning hidden work into compounding AI advantage.

Companies don't have a shortage of AI ideas. They have a shortage of clarity about their own work — and the capacity to rebuild it.

A company knows its org chart, its systems and its financials. What it doesn't have is a living map of how work actually flows — across people's heads, Slack, email, spreadsheets, meetings, legacy systems and undocumented judgment.

You cannot automate what you cannot see. So before anything is built, the work has to be understood. That is where Dagg begins.

The foundation

Your WorkGraph — a living map of how work really happens.

The WorkGraph is a structured, continuously updated model of your company's workflows, systems, knowledge, decisions, handoffs, bottlenecks and AI opportunities. It is the asset everything else is built on — and the reason generic AI tools can't compete with what you build here.

The Dagg Factory

Automate what should stay.
Rebuild what should change.

Some workflows should stay inside the systems people already use. Others should be rebuilt as new AI-native software. Dagg identifies the difference — then uses the WorkGraph and Dagg Factory to ship the right solution.

01 · Decide

Map the work

We identify where work actually happens: tools, documents, handoffs, approvals, spreadsheets, decisions and hidden manual processes.

02 · Keep the system

Automate existing workflows

For workflows that should remain in Excel, ERP, CRM, Teams or other existing systems, we build governed agents and automation layers that remove manual work — without forcing rip-and-replace.

03 · Replace the layer

Rebuild broken workflows

For workflows trapped in legacy systems or manual coordination, Dagg Factory builds custom AI-native software that becomes the new operating layer.

From mapped work to shipped software
01

Map

Capture how the work happens today — steps, systems, data, handoffs and the hidden manual effort around it.

02

Structure

Model it in the WorkGraph and stand up the intelligence layer so machines can act on it.

03

Build

Produce the governed agent or custom software — with human-in-the-loop checkpoints built in.

04

Ship

Put it into production with real users, monitoring, rollback and a clear before/after value report.

05

Improve

Usage feeds back into the WorkGraph. The system learns, and the next workflow gets easier to build.

Works with the stack you already have

Dagg doesn't force a rip-and-replace. We map and rebuild the manual work between your existing systems — documents, Slack/Teams, email, spreadsheets, CRM, ERP, project tools and legacy systems — and build new software only where the old workflow layer is broken.

Production-grade, not prototype-grade

Not a chatbot demo. Not a fragile prototype. Dagg Factory ships governed, monitored workflows with human-in-the-loop checkpoints, rollback thinking and measurable before/after value.

Technology

The Intelligence Layer — your company context, made operable by agents.

Generic models commoditize. Company-specific context does not. Dagg's intelligence layer combines knowledge graphs, retrieval, permissions, audit trails and workflow context — structuring how your work, knowledge, systems and decisions connect, so every agent and workflow acts with real understanding of your business.

Under the hood it's a proprietary method: a knowledge graph plus retrieval, bound to live workflow context. The more you run it, the more it knows — and the harder it becomes to replace.

Capture

Connect the sources

Connect documents, systems, workflows, decisions and operational knowledge — the raw material of how work actually happens.

Model

Build the WorkGraph

Structure workflows, entities, relationships, roles, permissions and business rules into one connected model.

Recall & Act

Context with relationships intact

Retrieve context with its relationships preserved, so agents and software act safely inside real workflows — not on disconnected snippets.

Govern

Permissions & audit

Permissions, human-in-the-loop checkpoints, auditability and source quality from day one.

Why it compounds

Every workflow you ship makes the next one cheaper, faster and smarter.

Most AI projects are isolated experiments that start from zero each time. Dagg is the opposite: each engagement enriches the WorkGraph, so value accumulates instead of resetting.

Proof of the thesis

From workflows to ventures.

When a workflow problem is large enough to become its own platform, Dagg builds and incubates AI-native companies — proof of the same operating thesis we bring to every customer.

Venture · Legal AI

Legal judgment infrastructure for modern law firms — institutional knowledge, activated.

Aloi is built from the same belief behind Dagg: generic AI makes companies more similar; structured proprietary knowledge, judgment and workflows make them stronger. It turns a firm's contracts, redlines, memos and approvals into decision-grade intelligence.

About

Built by founders, engineers and operators.

Dagg is built by people who have spent years turning AI ideas into real companies, workflows and production systems. We combine strategic judgment with hands-on engineering capacity — mapping how work happens, building the WorkGraph, and shipping the agents and custom software that make companies AI-native.

We are not here to run workshops. We are here to help companies rebuild how work gets done.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is Dagg?
Dagg is an AI-native transformation platform. We map how work actually happens inside a company, build the WorkGraph, and use Dagg Factory to ship agents, workflows and custom software that transform how work gets done.
What does Dagg actually build?
We build production-ready AI-native workflows. Sometimes that means agent automation on top of existing tools like Excel, ERP, CRM, Teams or SharePoint. Sometimes it means custom software that replaces a broken manual or legacy workflow layer.
How is Dagg different from an AI consultancy?
Consultancies usually deliver strategy, workshops or recommendations. Dagg connects strategy with production. We map the work, structure it in the WorkGraph, and then use Dagg Factory to build and ship the workflow.
Do you replace our existing systems?
Not by default. Many workflows should stay inside the tools people already use — there, Dagg builds agentic automation around the existing stack. When the existing workflow layer is too broken, Dagg can build custom AI-native software instead.
When do you automate, and when do you rebuild?
We start by mapping the work. If the current system is useful but the manual work around it is painful, we automate around it. If the workflow itself is fragmented, legacy-heavy or strategically important enough, we rebuild it as custom software.
What is the WorkGraph?
The WorkGraph is a living map of how work happens inside your company: workflows, systems, roles, decisions, documents, handoffs, bottlenecks, governance requirements and AI opportunities. It is the foundation for every workflow Dagg builds.
What is Dagg Factory?
Dagg Factory is our AI-native production line for turning mapped work into shipped workflows, agents and custom software — how we move from strategy to production without starting from zero every time.
How do you handle security and governance?
Governance is built into the workflow from the beginning: permissions, source quality, audit trails, human-in-the-loop checkpoints, monitoring and clear accountability. Dagg should feel safe enough for real enterprise work — not just demos.
How do we start?
Start with a WorkGraph Strategy Assessment. We map where work actually happens, identify the highest-value AI-native opportunities, and recommend the first workflow worth automating or rebuilding.
From strategy to shipped operations

We're not here to run an AI workshop. We're here to identify where work should change — and build the machine that changes it.
