I used the hairspray and salt weathering technique for the rust on the bins (and Vallejo weathering powder to dirty up the garbage). I never tried this technique before and I'm very happy with the achieved look. :)

On the Worktable: Weathering Effects on Wheelie Bins from Antenocitis Workshop
I wanted to gain some experience with weathering techniques and the wheelie bins from Antenocitis Workshop were the perfect practice objects:
I used the hairspray and salt weathering technique for the rust on the bins (and Vallejo weathering powder to dirty up the garbage). I never tried this technique before and I'm very happy with the achieved look. :)
