Dawn is an AI team agent platform for connected engineering knowledge and operational collaboration. The Service enables engineering teams to connect source systems, collaborate in channels, and run context-aware AI workflows.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

3.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or illegal activities.

You retain ownership of content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

5.3 AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI features is provided under the license terms of your subscription plan. You are responsible for reviewing and testing all AI-generated content before use in production.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of our Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of information as detailed in the Privacy Policy.

7. Subscription and Billing

7.1 Subscription Plans

Some aspects of the Service are provided on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) based on your selected plan.

7.2 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

7.3 Payment Processor

Stripe acts as the payment processor for transactions processed through the Service. Stripe handles payment processing and related billing operations on our behalf.

8. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. Refunds are not available for renewal periods or after the initial 14 days. Refund requests are handled by us through Stripe, and you may be asked to verify your purchase details to complete the refund.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

9.1 Service Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amaretto Software Labs ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria and the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Varna, Bulgaria.
