🤝 Zusammenhalt in einer polarisierten Welt beginnt mit …  ... den eigenen gewerblichen Mitarbeitenden! 👩🏭 Zusammenhalt zur Überwindung der Wachstumsschwäche. Das war das Thema am Tag der Industrie #TDI24 des BDI - Bundesverband der Deutschen Industrie e.V. 💡 Neben großen geopolitischen Fragen, haben wir ein riesiges Potential gesellschaftlichen Zusammenhalt auch innerhalb deutscher Unternehmen zu stärken. Warum? Die Belegschaft auf dem Factory floor bildet einen viel breiteren Querschnitt der Gesellschaft ab, als oft im Büro! ⚡️ Die Kluft zwischen gewerblichen Mitarbeitenden und der Belegschaft im Büro ist real - was bei Möglichkeiten zu Remote Work beginnt, setzt sich in der Führungskultur und im Zugang zu Weiterbildung etc. fort. Die Folge: Unmut. ➡️ Die “Fertigung im Erdgeschoss” ist die wohl naheliegendste Möglichkeit die LinkedIn Bubble zu verlassen und in den Austausch zu treten. Wann hast Du Dich das letzte Mal mit den gewerblichen Kollegen ausgetauscht, was beschäftigt sie? 🎬 Was können Unternehmen tun, um Menschen gerade jetzt Ängste zu nehmen? 1️⃣ Kommunikation und Nähe: Als Führungskraft ist es jetzt umso wichtiger, einfach da zu sein. Wichtige strategische und operative Entscheidungen müssen ihren Weg auch bis zum Shop floor finden. Oft bricht die Kommunikationskaskade auf Meister- oder Schichtleiterebene ab. 2️⃣ Klarheit: Klare Kommunikation von Unternehmensvision und -purpose gibt Sicherheit. Wenn das tägliche Feuerlöschen überhand nimmt, wissen wir zumindest warum wir tun, was wir tun. 3️⃣ Mitgestaltung: Themen welche die Menschen betreffen z.B. Arbeitsplatzgestaltung und Digitalisierung, sollten von den Menschen mitgestaltet werden. Selbst kleine Erfahrungen von Selbstwirksamkeit wirken Wunder. Stärkere Mitgestaltung der Belegschaft birgt ein großes, ungenutztes Innovationspotenzial. 4️⃣ Lebenslanges Lernen: Die Mitarbeitenden brauchen dringend regelmäßigen Zugang zu Lernformaten, die mit den Produktionsprozessen vereinbar sind. Nur so können auch sie am Ball - und damit einstellungsfähig - bleiben. ✅ Wie tragen wir bei Augmented Industries zu mehr Zusammenhalt bei?  Mit KI-generierten Factory Microlearnings wird tägliches Lernen in der Fertigung möglich. Die Trainingserstellung wird demokratisiert und skalierbar.
