10min Recipe 3 cups low sodium chicken broth, divided 1 cup dry Pastina 1/ 3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese, plus more for garnish 1 large egg 1/ 2 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper Kosher salt METHOD STEP 1 In a medium pot over medium-high heat, add in 2 cups of chicken broth and the Pastina. Bring to a gentle boil, and cook, stirring frequently, until the Pastina is al dente, about 6 minutes. STEP 2 Turn off the heat and add in the Parmesan cheese, egg, and pepper. Stir to combine, adding in extra broth if it becomes too thick. Taste for seasoning and add kosher salt if necessary. STEP 3 Serve & garnish with extra Parmesan cheese and freshly cracked black pepper. Enjoy!

Caramelized Onion & Chili Oil Pasta 1. 10 oz pasta - I used spaghetti 2. 2 large onions sliced 3. 2 tablespoons + 2 tablespoons chili oil 4. 2 tablespoons butter 5. 2 tablespoons olive oil 6. 4 cloves garlic minced 7. 1/2 teaspoon salt 8. 1.5 cups heavy whipping cream 9. 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese 10. Chopped parsley for garnish 1. Mince garlic 2. Slice onions thinly 3. Add olive oil and butter to a pan . Add onions and caramelize . Cooking on low heat while stirring for about 30 minutes. Do not rush the process. Low heat. If they are burning at a bit of water and continue to stir. They are caramelized when soft and brown and jammy. 4. Remove the onions to a bowl. 5. Add 2 tablespoons chili oil to the pan. Add the garlic. While stirring. 15 seconds on low heat. 6. Pour in the heavy
