Tangy Spicy Spinach Makhana
Spinach Makhanas a crunchy, flavorful, and guilt-free snack. It’s perfect for tea time or on-the-go munching healthy snack made with fox nuts, also known as lotus seeds. Made more nutritious with my quick dehydrated spinach powder sneaked in with tangy spice mix. Ingredients: * 2 cups of makhana (fox nuts/lotus seeds) * 2 tablespoons of oil or ghee * 1/2 cup of fresh mint leaves * One small bunch Spinach * 1/2 teaspoon black salt or rock salt * 1/2 teaspoon dry mango powder (amchur) * 1 teaspoon Chaat masala (check out the recipe for homemade chaat masala on my page) * 1/4 teaspoon pepper
