250 grams paneer
3-4 potato, boiled
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
1 tsp Coriander powder
1/ tsp Garam masala powder
2 big tbsp corn flour
1 tsp Ginger, finely chopped
1 Green chilli, finely chopped

Kofta:
1 ½ cup grated paneer
1 ½ cup mashed potato
1 tsp garam masala
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
2 tbsp onion, finely chopped
1 tsp chili powder
¼ cup chopped cilantro
Salt to taste

Sauce:
¼ cup onion, finely diced
1 ½ tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder
1 tsp garam masala
3/4 tsp cumin powder
¾ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
1/4 tsp cardamom powder
2 tsp fenugreek leaves
¼ cup cashews
3 cups diced tomatoes
2-3 tbsp light cream
½ tsp sugar
Salt to taste
2 tsp ghee
