Creative Patriotic Card Made from Scraps

By Patsy Collins. Using up scraps to make a patriotic card. Card front dry embossed in "Stars" folder (Cuttlebug). For each banner: Cut a rectangle. Measure the width. Lay piece face down in landscape orientation. Near one small end, make mark at half the width. Make another mark 1/2" to 3/4" from end. Make dot where these two marks cross. Cut from top end corner to the dot; then cut from bottom end corner to the dot. Banner is complete. Pop up die-cut star. Sentiment from Whipper Snapper.
