Anna Frazer (Whosyumami) on Instagram: "Spicy beef crunch wraps👇🏻 Ingredients (for 2 wraps) 200g beef mince 1 tbsp smoked paprika 1 tsp cumin powder 1 tbsp chipotle paste 50g mozarella grated 50g Red Leicester grated 1 handful coriander 4 large tortilla wraps In a hot frying pan, brown off the mince in all the spices. Add a splash of water to create a more saucy consistency. Taste & season & set aside. Keep 2 of the toetillas as they are but for the other 2 tortillas, use a bowl to cut around to create 2 smaller tortillas. To build up one of the wraps, spoon the mince into the centre of the large tortilla leaving a 1 inch border. Top with both cheeses, coriander and top with the smaller wrap.
