A chip butty is a sandwich made with buttered bread and chips/french fries drizzled with some sauce. It is just as simple as its description, and is very famous across the UK. My subtle twist to this famous sandwich is that I prefer to use ‘masala chips’ instead of just regular plain chips in the sandwich, which I find elevates the flavour ten-fold.
