The four bedroom, two bath circa 1910 foursquare has a wealth of original architectural elements. It is another larger home in the small Minnesota town of Bricelyn (pop. 365). The town was founded when the railroad came through, and it was named after John Brice, the original owner of the town site. Lots were auctioned off in 1899.
