Jiu jitsu hair. I just do two french braids and twist the braids into a bun on the end. This style lasts long and works really well for my long/thick hair. Plus it doesn't take long to do. If you're a roller with long hair, I highly recommend you learn how to  french braid, it will make your hair way less annoying.
