I had the most amazing week rafting 87 miles down the Salmon River in Idaho. It was the perfect timing for me to slow down and be disconnected from the world. I needed it even more than I knew. It’s going to take more time to fully process this incredible experience, but enjoy a few pictures from the week. I didn’t take many pictures because I just felt like being fully off my phone so thankfully a lot of people in my group took photos for me to share.

Laced up for the #DFW50 earlier this month 👟 I am beyond grateful I had the opportunity to "run" a race on an airport runway. 🛫 The #DFWrunway5k was such a memorable experience. Watching planes take off as the sun rose was 1000% worth the early wake-up. Shout out to @kathylinotgifford for influencing me to sign up! Thank you, @dfwairport, for hosting this event.
