Wagon canopy diy

With 2 hula hoops, matching fabric (I used my leftover fabric), hair dryer, basic stitching skill (running stitch), fabric glue, needle and black thread, and wide elastic, I was able to make this canopy. I put skewers/wooden rods in the pool noodles to give the "covered wagon" a little more support (and for help attaching them to the plastic wagon!).
