THIS!!! Seafood salad is so gosh darn delicious and EASY And affordable and I will be making all summer long! It seems so simple but taste anything but! Here’s the recipe: • 20 ounces of imitation crab meat chopped • Three stocks of celery sliced thin • Green onions chopped • 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar • 1 teaspoon of traditional seven spice pepper blend (shichimi togarashi) • Salt • And mayonnaise! Make it as creamy as you want it to be. I had mine in a scooped out tomato but will be so good on a brioche bun or even over a salad!
