Every. Single. Day. for 6 days a week for 7 years straight. Still can’t believe I was selling 4 for $4.80. https://dimsimlim.com/spring-rolls/"

They're like little pockets of delicious goodies that are frying to super crispy. At the end, we're also going to pair with the sweetest sour sauce in a saucepan over medium heat. Place in the water. Rice vinegar, ketchup, shake it. And salt. Bring it to a simmer. Now we're going to add the cornstarch slurry. Which is one tablespoon of cornstarch and three tablespoons of butter. Stir until it is thickened. Set aside. To combine the filling in a mixing bowl, mix in the pork. She taking mushrooms. Cilantro stems, scallions, Soy sauce. Oyster sauce. Shout she way. Sesame oil. Salt. White pepper. And eggs. The eggs will make the filling nice and soft and also bind them together. Give it a good mix. Brush some water on the edges of the wrapper. And about teaspoon of the filling in the center. Fold it in half to create a triangle. And brush some water on the bottom corner and seal them together. Repeat with the rest. Our recipe can make up to 3-6 wand thighs today. I'm only demonstrating a few of them. In a large pot over high heat, place in the extra light olive oil or any other high smoking point oil of your choice and heat it up to 325 degrees Fahrenheit or 163 degrees Celsius. Transfer in the wine times a few at a time. Sprite until golden brown for about five minutes and turn them frequently so that they brown evenly. Remove and drain on a paper towel landed plate. Repeat with the remaining wine ties. These fried wontons are super crispy, so aromatic. I really enjoy the taste of cilantro inside. But if you don't like cilantro, you can also replace it with other herbs that you enjoy. If you don't eat pork, you can also replace it with chicken, beef, seafood, or even tofu. And if you don't want to fry them, you can also make it into wonton soup, wonton noodle soup. So be creative about it. And I hope that you enjoy today's episode. If you like it, subscribe and thumbs up. I will see you again next week for another awesome episode. Bye.
