#i've been freaking out less when my partner makes loud noises or yells (jokingly) #which is a really huge improvement i think :o) #i've still got a long way to go #i'm working on a lot of my emotional responses to things #or at least how i behave myself in response to those emotions #but i think one come a long way #nothing wrong with being in the ''working on it'' stage #means ur growing

This is the most considerate advice for doing stretches I’ve ever seen??? Initially I started to go, “…but I can’t do that with my knee-” then he showed a way I could do it. I was like… whoa. A video for stretching that is actually considerate towards my disabilities. Astounding and impressive.

welp. glad i got that wellness plan for my cat :’) mabel had some kind of terrifying seizure like she seemed perfectly normal and then suddenly fell off my desk and was like. limp, lying on on her side, not moving, and breathing all weird. we almost rushed her to the pet emergency room but then she got up and shook it off like nothing happened. so we got her an appointment first thing this morning with her vet which is free on my plan and they checked her out and ran a test for any heart disease and they said she seems perfectly fine and healthy, they think it was some weird seizure and they’re hoping it’s just a one-off thing but i should keep an eye out for any more. goodness
