i switched my raspi server from nginx to caddy. the configurations for reverse proxy to the activitypub and calendar server are absurdly simple compared to nginx. It does help that you don't have any of the ssl junk in the config

I was gonna do some project planning using digital sticky notes. All I need is: 1. drop a sticky 2. drag it around 3. type in it. Miro does the job real well BUT it also consistently loses my work. So over the weekend i whipped together a tiny sticky note app. It runs as a single file and I can save and load the notes space locally; that's all i need.

i realized i never posted the end result of the keyboard project! it's got homerow mods (tapping a s d f get you "a s d f" but holding them get "alt ctrl symbols-layer shift") and a "gamerz" mode that shifts wasd over to the home position amongst other things. also: wicked colour combo.

inspired by a friend to print out wargame terrain again. now that the printer is tuned well, I don't mind dropping a 4-5hr print on it and going back to work - something i wouldn't do before cause i was worried about failures. these buildings all have roofs that click shut a.k.a. secret boxes to store everything

print of the new kbd was slightly off, so last night i made some edits and today I reprint!

tonight's stream i controlled some rendering with a GAS gameplay ability and effect, then dived into the rabbit hole of UE textures

The original cowl on the printer was made with a... questionable toolhead. It finally failed but not enough to not print a superior replacement
