Pricing
Start with one engineering outcome. Fixed price.
Managed delivery begins with the First Outcome Sprint. Everything runs in your cloud with your approval on production.
Managed
Done-for-you engineering, operated by us.
First Outcome Sprint
$7,500one-time
One outcome, live in two weeks.
After the Sprint: ongoing work scoped on volume, systems, and capacity.
Ongoing engagements include:
- Named engineer who operates the platform for you
- Predictable throughput and verification. We own the outcome.
- Backlog ingestion (Linear / Jira / GitHub Issues) into Task chains
- Multi-repo migration playbooks delivered as a service
- Ongoing version maintenance (CVE patches, library upgrades)
- Monthly outcome reports: throughput, rework, time-to-deploy
- Role-based access control, approval gates, and audit log export
- Named escalation path for issues in work we delivered

Frequently asked questions
What's actually included in Managed?
A named engineer who learns your codebase, sets up dependent Task chains, and tunes the agents for your conventions. Weekly intake from your tracker, with each Task verified against your build and tests, then deployed to your cloud.
Plus committed throughput, monthly outcome reports, role-based access control, audit log export, and a named escalation path for issues related to work we delivered.
Managed starts with a fixed-price $7,500 First Outcome Sprint. If the first engagement is successful, ongoing work is scoped around the volume and complexity of the work, the systems involved, and the delivery capacity required.
How do you make sure changes work before they ship?
Every Task runs through a self-verification step: the agent runs your build and tests in its own sandbox and only marks the Task done when they pass. Nothing ships until then.
On Self-serve, the pull request lands ready to review, and if you've enabled PR previews, a live preview URL comes with it, so you click and see, not just read diffs. On Managed, we catch anything that fails before it reaches you.
Can you handle multi-repo migrations?
Yes. That's a core Managed workflow. Tasks declare dependencies on each other, so we coordinate the changes across multiple repos, verify each, and deploy them in the right order.
The library upgrade ships first; the services that consume it follow once it's live. We own the chain end-to-end and surface progress in your weekly digest.
What's the difference between Self-serve and Managed?
Self-serve is the platform. Describe an outcome and the agents deploy it, or point your own coding agent at it over MCP. You operate it.
Managed adds us. We onboard your codebase, ingest your backlog, run the platform, and deploy the work to your cloud. We own throughput and verification, and provide a named escalation path for issues related to work we delivered. Both run in your cloud. The difference is whether you operate it or we provide the engineering.
What does Self-serve cost?
Self-serve has a free tier, and paid plans are priced per job: one execution that runs on your cloud or ours, such as a Task, a deploy, a log fetch, or a custom domain setup. A Task without user-defined Steps is 1 job; a Multi-Step Task counts each Step as a job.
Plans and limits live in the app. Jobs are the self-serve billing unit only, and Managed engagements are not priced per job.
Can I use cloud credits?
Eligible cloud credits may be applied to the infrastructure Deployment.io runs in your account, on Self-serve and Managed alike. See our guide on how to get free cloud credits.
