Just so folks know, this is a fork of a completely free open source project https://github.com/CriticalMoments/CMSaasStarter This project (SvelteShip) has a history of taking MIT open source work, removing the licence and the distributing the content (breaking the license). It also has a history of claiming to "create" things that are actually open source MIT work created elsewhere. The creator has also insulted the creators of the work they are forking/selling.
