1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the DexFuel platform (“Platform”), operated by Bloc12 Digital – FZCO. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
2. Nature of the Platform
DexFuel is a participation-based digital platform where users complete tasks, participate individually or in teams (“Grids”), and receive daily rewards based on participation. It is not an investment platform, financial product, or yield service.
3. User Participation
Users may complete tasks, join or create Grids, and participate in platform activities. Participation is voluntary and does not constitute employment or contractual engagement.
4. Joules (Participation Metric)
Joules are non-transferable internal units representing verified participation. They have no monetary value or redemption rights and are used solely to determine relative reward allocation.
5. Rewards Mechanism
A portion of platform revenue is allocated daily to a reward pool. Allocation percentage is variable and applied prospectively. Rewards are based on relative participation and are not guaranteed.
6. Treasury & Token Mechanics
Platform revenue is collected and partially allocated to rewards. DEXF tokens used for rewards are acquired via platform mechanisms such as a bonding curve, creating a closed-loop system.
7. No Financial Guarantees
DexFuel does not guarantee any rewards, returns, or token value. Users acknowledge variability and potential for zero rewards.
8. Eligibility & Restrictions
The platform may restrict or exclude users based on participation thresholds, compliance, or suspected abuse.
9. Compliance & Screening
Sanctions screening, geographic restrictions, and identity or age verification may be applied.
10. User Conduct
Users must not manipulate systems, use bots, or engage in fraud. Violations may result in suspension or bans.
11. Platform Modifications
DexFuel may modify features, rules, or allocation percentages at any time without prior notice.
12. Risks
Users acknowledge risks including asset volatility, technical failures, and regulatory changes.
13. Intellectual Property
All platform content and systems are owned by Bloc12 Digital – FZCO.
14. Limitation of Liability
DexFuel is not liable for losses arising from platform use or token fluctuations.
15. Termination
DexFuel may suspend or terminate access at any time. Users may stop using the platform at any time.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable UAE laws under Bloc12 Digital – FZCO.
