Please read the below terms and conditions completely before placing an order.

Ordering Firearms (serialized products):

The FFL dealers in our locator are not associated with DK Firearms in any way. If you are unfamiliar with a dealer please contact them before choosing them as your receiving FFL. Questions to ask: Are you receiving transfers for new customers? How much do you charge for a transfer?

Ordering serialized products (firearms): Please contact your local FFL’s to ensure that they are still taking transfers, we have seen several dealers either close voluntarily or stop taking transfers due to being short staffed or too busy to handle them.

Please check with your FFL to make sure they will be able to receive your firearm shipment.

Age Restrictions:

You must be 18 years old to use dkfirearms.com, if you are place an order on dkfirearms.com you are confirming that you are at least 18 years old. By placing an order at dkfirearms.com, you are agreeing that you are of legal age to purchase each of the items listed on your order. This includes, but is not limited to, attesting that you are at least 21 years of age if you are purchasing a handgun, a lower receiver, or pistol gripped shotgun, and that you are at least 18 years of age if you are purchasing a long gun.

Shipping Times:

We are currently up to date on shipping. We generally ship orders out within two business days. Please remember we need an FFL to ship firearms, not receiving an FFL for a firearm order can result in shipping delays.

Changing Orders:

We can not make changes to orders after they are placed.

Cancelation Policy:

Please understand that we are filling orders as fast as we can. When orders are placed and then cancelled this causes disruptions in our workflows and causes someone to spend time cancelling your order rather than fulfilling someone else’s order. This is our current cancellation policy until further notice:

If you are unsure of what you are ordering please contact us before you place an order. Cancelling orders after they are placed disrupts our workflow and affects all of our other customers.
Please email us if you wish to cancel an order. Keep in mind there is no guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order before it ships.
We incur costs associated with every order that is placed, due to this there is a 15% cancellation fee or a $40.00 cancellation fee, whichever one is lower. The reason for this fee is to cover our costs, and to cover the credit card processing fees. IF YOU ARE IN DOUBT, DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER!
If you order products that are illegal in your locality, your order will be cancelled by us and you will be assessed a 15% max $40.00 cancellation fee. IF YOU ARE IN DOUBT, DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER!

Return Policy:

All purchases OTHER THAN FIREARMS made from DK Firearms LLC carry a seven (7) calendar day return period that starts on the day the item is delivered. Within the seven day time frame, a customer may return unopened and unused items for a refund or exchange. This does not apply to FIREARMS, if you have a problem with a firearm do not complete the transfer paperwork. Do not take possession of a firearm, if you are not satisfied with it.
If you wish to make a return please email [email protected] requesting an RMA #, please reference your order # and the reason you are requesting a return. We will respond to your email with your RMA #. Once you receive your RMA # you may ship the item(s) back to us. Packages received without an RMA # will be marked returned to sender at your expense.
Shipping charges are never refunded.
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Orders that qualified for free shipping will also have the actual shipping cost deducted from the refund amount. Restocking fee and shipping charge will be waived if we shipped the incorrect product.
Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility. If the incorrect product was shipped by our error, a prepaid shipping label may be issued to return the item(s).
If we have to send a return shipping label to get a firearm back from an FFL for any reason, example: you failed to pass the background check, the FFL refused to do the transfer, etc. We will deduct the return shipping charges from your refund.
Upon our receipt of the returned product(s), we reserve the right to evaluate the merchandise to determine if a refund or exchange will be made.
Return shipping from C&R FFL holders is the sole responsibility of the C&R FFL. Return shipping labels will not be issued to C&R FFL’s for returns or exchanges.

Refunds:

Refunds will be issued in the same manner in which original payment was made (example: credit card purchases will be returned in the form of a credit to the original card account). Credit card refunds are subject to a 3% return fee. NOTE: If we deem a return was made without reasonable cause, or wherein our judgment the product meets the advertised condition, the refund will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
DK Firearms LLC will not refund fees charged by your FFL dealer for any reason. Your FFL dealer fees are at your risk and expense.
No Refunds will be given for cosmetic issues once a firearm(s) has been transferred to you by your FFL dealer. Please inspect your firearm(s) before completing the transfer paperwork with your FFL dealer.
Please understand that we incur costs with every order we process as well as paying credit card processing fees on every payment we receive.

Exchanges:

When returning items to be exchanged, please include estimated shipping charges to ship the replacement item.
All returned items must be returned in the same condition we shipped them in. DK Firearms LLC reserves the right to evaluate the merchandise to determine if a refund or exchange will be made.
No exchanges will be given for cosmetic issues once a firearm(s) has been transferred to you by your FFL dealer. Please inspect your firearm(s) before completing the transfer paperwork with your FFL dealer.

Ordering products that are illegal in your state or locality:

If you order products to be shipped to an address where they are illegal, DK Firearms will cancel your order and charge you a 15% restocking fee to cover costs associated with processing and credit card fees. It is ultimately the buyer’s responsibility to know their state and local laws before they order any products.

Refused or otherwise unable to deliver packages:

Refused or otherwise unable to deliver packages will be subject to the return shipping charges. If a delivery was refused in order to be refunded, the refund will be less the original shipping charge, the return shipping charges and the restocking fee.

Warranty for USED or SURPLUS Firearms & Products:

DK Firearms LLC extends no warranty and is not responsible for any damages due to failure of used or surplus products.
Used or Surplus Firearms & Products are sold as is.
We suggest having a certified gunsmith inspect or test, all used or surplus firearms & products prior to use.
Owner’s manuals are provided with most, but not all, firearms.

Warranty for NEW Firearms & Products:

New firearms & products are warranted by the manufacturer and product returns or repairs should be arranged directly with the manufacturer. Federal law permits the end user and manufacturer of firearms to ship repaired firearms back and forth to each other. This will help expedite any issues you may have. Please be aware that the manufacturer may require you to pay return shipping.

Orders that can not be completed within 21 days:

Website orders that can not be shipped or completed within 21 days. Will be canceled and assessed a 15% restocking fee $15.00 minimum fee (there is no cap on this fee). These orders include: no FFL dealer license being provided for a firearms order, or orders with a bad shipping address.
We will attempt to reach you either by email or by phone, to resolve the issue preventing your order from being shipped or completed. Please respond to our communications, we want all orders to ship out in a timely fashion
We incur costs associated with every order that is placed, holding an item for 21 days or longer also prevents us from selling it to another customer, during that time period.
If you have an issue completing an order please contact us and let us know so that we can make arrangements to accommodate you. This policy does not apply to pre-approved orders, that will take longer than 21 days to complete. Example: We have held orders for military personnel on deployment, until they return to the USA. We do not have an issue holding orders, but please communicate with us in advance of placing your order.

Credit Card Chargebacks:

We are here to service our customers, and we have been doing so for over 10 years. In that time we can count the number of chargebacks we have received on one hand. Unfortunately due to some bad actors, and some honest people that just forgot they placed an order with us, we need to spell out a chargeback policy.

Please contact us before starting a chargeback, we are here to help and we will correct the issue for you. If a chargeback is started and it turns out the charge was correct, you will be responsible for the $35.00 chargeback fee. This $35.00 just covers the fee the credit card processor charges us and does not cover the time involved in responding to the chargeback.

Magazine Shipping Restrictions:

Legality:

It is your responsibility to know the legality of the items you are ordering. Some of the items for sale on our website may be restricted by the state you reside in. These items include, but are not limited to, firearms, and magazines. The customer is responsible for verifying the legality of the item(s) you are ordering prior to placing an order. DK Firearms will not be held responsible for any items refused by your Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder. It is up to you to know your local laws, please contact a local FFL to inquire about the transfer of the items you are ordering if you are unsure about their legality prior to placing an order. You must be at least 18 years old to use our website.

Purchasing Firearms:

DK Firearms LLC can only ship Firearms to Federal Firearms Licensees (FFL), we can not ship firearms directly to you unless you are an FFL dealer. We will need a copy of your FFL dealers’ license either faxed or emailed to us before we can ship a firearm. It is YOUR responsibility to provide DK Firearms with a copy of your FFL dealers License.

The Following Applies to ALL Firearm Purchases:

DK Firearms LLC reserves the right to deny a purchase for any reason.
All items purchased from DK Firearms are for lawful uses only.
No “Straw Purchases” of firearms. The individual paying for the firearm and completing the ATF Form 4473 must be the same person.
You MUST be 21 years old to purchase hand guns, receivers, and pistol griped shotguns. You MUST be 18 years old to purchase a long gun.
You have never been convicted of a felony or crime punishable by imprisonment for a term exceeding one year
You have never been adjudicated as mentally defective or been committed to a mental institution
You have never been a fugitive from justice, an unlawful user of any controlled substance
You have never been dishonorably discharged from the Armed Forces
You have never renounced his or her US citizenship
You have never been convicted of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence.
You are not currently subject to a court order that restrains you from harassing, stalking, or threatening an intimate partner or child
You understand firearms, can be dangerous and you accept full liability for product failure or misuse. You also accept full responsibility and liability for the safe use and storage of any firearm(s) you purchase.
DK Firearms LLC strongly recommends having all used and military surplus firearms, checked by a qualified gunsmith before firing.
If you order a firearm that comes with a magazine(s) that is illegal in your state (due to 10 round capacity restrictions for example), your firearm will be shipped without the magazine(s) and with no discount to the price of the firearm.
You, the customer, are responsible for contacting your selected Federal Firearms License Dealer (FFL). Please verify the following before selecting an FFL: a) if they will accept the transfer for all items on your order, b) will they provide a copy of their FFL license to DK Firearms, c) what fees will they charge you for conducting the transfer. DK Firearms will not be responsible for any issues regarding your FFL. You may use our FFL Locator to check for an FFL dealer on file with us near your location.
Once you have selected an FFL, please have them either email or fax a copy of their FFL License to us. Licenses can be emailed to [email protected] or faxed to 804-632-1111. Please have your FFL dealer write your name on the fax or type your name into the email.
Please inspect the firearm before you fill out ATF form 4473, if there is a problem with your firearm please contact us before you fill out any transfer paperwork with your FFL dealer.

Purchasing Ammunition:

You MUST be 21 years old to purchase ammunition from our website. Ammunition shipments will be sent adult signature required (21 and over to sign).

Ammunition contains lead. Exposure to lead may result in health problems. Discharging firearms in poorly ventilated areas, and cleaning of firearms, may result in exposure to lead. Use sufficient ventilation when firing and wash your hands after handling.

Ammunition Shipping Restrictions:

California: No direct ammo sales, all ammo must be shipped to an FFL dealer.
Connecticut: No sales without a valid permit and ID.
Alaska: We will not ship ammunition to Alaska.
Hawaii: We will not ship ammunition to Hawaii.
Illinois: No sales to the city of Chicago or Cook County. All other Illinois residents must email us a copy of their FOID card in addition to their State ID. Ammunition must ship to an address on one of these ID’s.
Massachusetts: We will not ship ammunition t0 Massachusetts.
Maryland: We require a copy of your driver’s license or other ID with your date of birth, showing a birth date that confirms you are at least 21 years old. Some localities in MD also have other restrictions, know your local laws before ordering.
New York: No Sales to New York City. For the rest of the state, all ammunition must be sent to an FFL dealer.
New Jersey: When ordering ammunition commonly used in a handgun or to be used in a handgun, we will require a copy of your Firearms ID. We must ship to the address on the FID.
Puerto Rico: We will not ship ammunition to Puerto Rico.
Washington DC: We will not ship ammunition to Washing DC.
Other US Territories: We will not ship ammunition outside of the contiguous 48 states.

Incoming Firearms Transfers:

We are very happy to transfer a firearm for you from another dealer or individual. We charge $35.00 to complete the federal paperwork and federal record keeping requirements for up to two firearms, and $10.00 for each additional firearm after that. We also collect $2.00 for the VA State Police Background check.
Please contact DK Firearms before you have any firearms shipped to us, so we can be prepared for it and expedite your transfer. Go to our contact page and select Incoming Firearm Transfer Notification on our contact form. A copy of DK Firearms’ FFL, is on our website here, or we can fax or email a copy. Please have the FFL dealer you are buying the firearm from include a copy of their FFL license with your shipment. If you are purchasing from an individual, please have them include a copy of their Drivers License with your shipment. They can also email or fax this information to us, please have them reference your name, so we can expedite your transfer. You will have 14 days to pick up firearms or we reserve the right to charge storage fees accordingly.

Local Pick-up of Firearms:

Our retail location is open Monday thru Saturday 11am to 5pm. If you request local pickup of a firearm, you will receive an email notice when your order is ready to be picked up. You will have 14 days to pick up firearms or we reserve the right to charge storage fees accordingly.

VA Residents:

A primary Photo ID, usually a valid Virginia Driver License or ID card that has an issued date of at least 30 days prior to your purchase date, your physical address needs to be on your primary ID. If your ID does not have your physical address, you will need to provide some other form of ID that is government issued in addition to your primary ID. Examples are a Voter ID card, a Concealed Handgun Permit, Hunting or Fishing License, etc. You will need to complete a VA State Police background check form SP65 and ATF form 4473. The VA State Police Fee for VA Residents is $2.00

Military Personnel Stationed in VA:

Active military personnel permanently stationed in Virginia, including the Pentagon, are treated as Virginia residents for the purchase of a handgun. Identification and residency are established by a military photo-identification card issued by the United States Department of Defense and proof that Virginia is the permanent duty station via current military assignment orders or the purchaser’s Leave and Earnings Statement.
If permanently assigned to a mobile unit in Virginia, and the homeport is listed as Virginia; the transaction may be processed as a Virginia resident the same as any other permanent military assignment to Virginia supported by military assignment orders. The individual is treated as a non-Virginia resident if the homeport is listed as any place other than Virginia. You will need to complete a VA State Police background check form SP65 and ATF form 4473. The VA State Police Fee for Military Personnel Stationed in VA is $2.00

Non VA Residents:

Rifles and shotguns may be purchased from licensed firearms dealers by persons who are residents of other states upon the presentation of one photo-identification form issued by a governmental agency of the purchaser’s state of residence and one other form of identification determined to be acceptable by the Department of Criminal Justice Services (6VAC20-130-10).

The following secondary forms of ID are acceptable:

A current lease.
Evidence of currently paid personal property tax or real estate tax.
A current utility or telephone bill.
A current voter registration card.
A current bank check.
A current automobile registration.
A current hunting or fishing license.

You will need to complete a VA State Police background check form SP65 and ATF form 4473. Please keep in mind that out of state residents can not purchase a rifle or a shotgun that is currently illegal in their state of residence. The VA State Police Fee for Non VA Residents is $5.00

Shipping Information:

ALL merchandise except Firearms will ship to the BILLING ADDRESS of the credit card used to pay for the order. Shipping to an address other than your billing address may require more information to confirm you are the actual card holder. This information may include government issued ID, or other documents that contain your billing and or shipping information. You will be notified via email if your order is on hold due to a credit card billing/shipping address issue.
It is the customers’ responsibility to enter their address information correctly, DK Firearms will not be responsible for customer errors on addresses.
DK Firearms LLC currently offers free shipping for all orders $90.00 or more excluding Long Guns & Over Sized Handguns. Shipping methods are at the sole discretion of DK Firearms. We currently ship USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
DK Firearms LLC reserves the right to cancel any order if we believe it is being shipped to a fraudulent address, or a freight forwarding service.
DK Firearms LLC ships to the USA or it’s territories only. Our items are not to be exported.
Firearms will ONLY be shipped to an FFL dealer.
Shipments to C&R FFL holders will be sent signature required, no exceptions.
Please inspect your order as soon as it is received. If something is missing or damaged from your order, you will need to report it to us within 5 days of the order being delivered. Call or email us with your name, order #, and which items are missing or damaged. Please note we will not be able to assist with missing or damaged items that are not reported within the 5 day time frame of delivery. We may require pictures of the damaged packaging or products for insurance purposes.
You must provide a safe and secure location for your delivery. If your items are stolen from your property or stolen/lost in transit, damaged while in transit or damaged on your property. We will require you to file appropriate reports with local law enforcement as well as the carrier. We will not refund or re-ship products until the proper reports/complaints have been made. We require this for insurance purposes. Please contact us within 5 days of tracking stating your item was delivered.
DK Firearms LLC will not be responsible for packages returned to us because of refusal of delivery by you or your FFL. You will be liable for additional shipping charges to re-ship any packages.
DK Firearms LLC will ship some packages requiring an adult signature, it is the customers’ responsibility to insure someone is available to sign for these packages.
Lost shipments: We need to confirm that shipments are truly lost before we replace them. We will require confirmation from the shipper that the package is actually lost/ missing. If the lost package arrives after it has been replaced, the customer will be responsible to contact us so we can arrange a return label for the extra shipment. Failure to return the extra shipment will be construed as a purchase and invoice will be sent out to you to make payment on. Please contact us within 5 days of tracking stating your item was delivered.
In an effort to keep shipping charges low, DK Firearms LLC may use it’s discretion to delete excessive retail packaging from a product. This does not apply to Firearms. An example would be removing an excessively large plastic clam shell from a magazine, or removing hard plastic inserts from retail packaging. DK Firearms LLC ships only Factory New products unless otherwise stated in the product description.
Special instructions regarding shipping left in your order notes may not be followed. We will try to accommodate shipping requests left in the order notes, but we will not always be able to do so. Examples: Requests for specific packaging, requests for delivering to specific locations at a property, like “leave at side door” (we can not control where delivery carriers leave packages). Shipping methods and packaging are at the sole discretion of DK Firearms.
Business Days In Transit on the cart and checkout pages are estimated transit times. Transit times may vary.
Expedited Shipping 2-3 Business Days, General information: If expedited shipping is available and selected, we will give your order priority when pulling orders for shipping, this does not mean your order will ship the same day it is received. Once your order is processed we will select a shipping method that will result in the order being delivered within 2-3 Business Days after shipping. Remember that FEDEX and UPS do not count Saturday and Sunday as a Business Day. Example if your order ships out on a Friday, 2-3 Business Days would be a Tuesday or Wednesday delivery. If your order ships out on a Monday 2-3 Business days would be Wednesday or Thursday delivery. See definitions of Standard Shipping & Expedited Shipping below.

Standard Shipping & Expedited Shipping Definitions:

Standard Shipping for accessories: Standard Shipping is currently USPS or UPS, for items under 10lbs USPS first class or priority mail will be used. For items over 10lbs generally UPS will be used, unless shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or Guam. Shipping method is at our sole discretion.

Standard Shipping for Handguns: Currently standard shipping for handguns is USPS, FEDEX 2nd Day, or UPS 2nd Day. Shipping method is at our sole discretion.

Standard Shipping for Long Guns: Currently standard shipping for Long Guns is UPS or USPS. Shipping method is at our sole discretion.

Expedited Shipping 2-3 Business Days for accessories: Order priority when pulling orders for shipping, this does not mean your order will ship the same day it is received. Currently Expedited Shipping is FEDEX or UPS. Things that may delay shipments are incorrect shipping address, different billing and shipping address, credit card holds due to orders trigger fraud security, such as billing address errors. Shipping method is at our sole discretion.

Expedited Shipping 2-3 Business Days for Handguns: Order priority when pulling orders for shipping, this does not mean your order will ship the same day it is received. ALL FIREARMS ORDERS REQUIRE A CURRENT COPY OF YOUR FFL’S LICENSE, NOT HAVING A CURRENT COPY WILL DELAY YOUR SHIPMENT. Currently Expedited Shipping is FEDEX 2nd day, and UPS 2nd day. Things that may delay shipments are not providing an FFL licensee to ship to. Incorrect shipping address, credit card holds due to orders trigger fraud security, such as billing address errors. Shipping method is at our sole discretion.

Expedited Shipping 2-3 Business Days for Long Guns: Order priority when pulling orders for shipping, this does not mean your order will ship the same day it is received. ALL FIREARMS ORDERS REQUIRE A CURRENT COPY OF YOUR FFL’S LICENSE, NOT HAVING A CURRENT COPY WILL DELAY YOUR SHIPMENT. Currently Expedited Shipping is UPS Ground, UPS 3 day Select, UPS 2nd day, and FEDEX 2nd day. Things that may delay shipments are not providing an FFL licensee to ship to. Incorrect shipping address, credit card holds due to orders trigger fraud security, such as billing address errors. Shipping method is at our sole discretion.

Outbound Firearms Transfers:

We are very happy to assist our customers with outgoing firearms transfers. Legally you are allowed to ship firearms back to the manufacturer for service, or ship firearms to an FFL dealer that accepts firearms transfers from private individuals. However as a private individual you do not have access to USPS for shipping hand guns, and do not not benefit from commercial shipping rates. So depending on where your firearm is going it may be cheaper to let us ship it for you. We currently charge $30.00 per firearm plus actual shipping costs for outbound firearms transfers. You will need to have the receiving FFL either fax or email us a copy of their FFL license.

Payment Methods:

Internet orders: DK Firearms LLC accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. If you are making payment with a debit card, please understand that DK Firearms will take no responsibility for any overdraft charges associated with your purchase; this includes any charges associated with a processing error.

Local Pickup orders: DK Firearms LLC accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Cash. If you place an internet order with a credit card for Local Pickup, please bring your card with you when picking up your order.

Sales Tax:

DK Firearms LLC is located in Bowling Green, VA, all VA orders will be charged 5.3% VA sales tax. All local pickup orders will be charged 5.3% VA sales tax.

Pricing Statement:

All prices are subject to change without notice at anytime or for any reason. We are not responsible for typographical errors or website errors.

Typographical errors & Website errors:

In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, DK Firearms reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Orders that have refused or cancelled due to a typographical or website error will be refunded by DK Firearms.

Product descriptions on dkfirearms.com:

We do our best to have accurate and up to date product descriptions. Unfortunately from time to time errors are made by us either through human error, or manufacturers not informing us of product changes. DK Firearms does not guarantee that content on our site will always be, accurate, current, or error-free. If there is a discrepancy regarding product description, your only remedy is to return the product to us (following our return process) in unused condition. Error or changes regarding manufacturer UPC numbers, and product numbers do not warrant a return. Example the manufacturer updates a product number or has multiple product numbers for the identical product, but does not change the product.

Pictures on dkfirearms.com:

Unless otherwise stated on our website, the pictures are representative and are not always of the exact product you will receive, there may be slight differences in color, design, markings, etc. Manufacturers sometimes update their products and the pictures we have may not represent the latest variation of the manufacturers product.

Miscellaneous:

Your use of this site shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the state of Virginia, U.S.A. You agree that jurisdiction over and venue in any legal proceeding directly or indirectly arising out of or relating to this site (including but not limited to the purchase of DK Firearms LLC products) shall be in the state or federal courts located in or near Caroline County, Virginia. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the site (including but not limited to the purchase of DK Firearms LLC products) must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises. DK Firearms LLC’s failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these terms and conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any of these terms and conditions. DK Firearms LLC may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.

Standard Capacity Magazines to California:

As of the 9th circuit court’s ruling on 08/14/2020, the portion of our terms and conditions regarding STANDARD CAPACITY MAGAZINES will be in effect again.

Previous information: Standard capacity magazines are no longer available to be shipped to California. We were able to ship magazines to CA for a specific time period. This information was part of our terms and conditions at that time:
