Dimsimlim known as the ‘Wolf of Wok Street’ is a highly esteemed chef/restauranteur who has gained international recognition for his exceptional culinary skills and expertise in Southeast Asian cuisine.
Vincent has showcased wok cooking to the world in a new and entertaining style through social media. He has amassed more than 4M followers across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.
Working at the first-class lounge allowed him to cook for celebrities and high-profile guests. He then moved on to, cooking and hosting the Australian Music Awards, collaborating with KFC to create the world's first ‘Peking Cluk Burger’ to speak on one of the largest stages in the world at TEDx Sydney about ‘The nostalgia behind Chinese food TED Talk’.
From there, he has appeared in countless TV appearances such as on MasterChef Season 16, Snackmasters Season 2, The Cook Up, The Morning Show, Channel 10, Channel 7, Amazon Prime and SBS. But his proudest achievements would be opening his own 200 seater restaurant at the age of 22 after his father passed away and realizing his true passion for wok cooking.

Snack Masters S2: A TV show which featured Vincent’s team and restaurant beating a hatted restaurant in making snacks.
Samsung Fine Dining: Samsung is a long-term partner with Vincent and together have both elevated his cooking to a new level to cater to high-net-worth clients.
The Carter Kitchen Takeover: 120-person dining for one night only to serve his most viral dishes such as Flying Lobster noodles, Firelord Ozai (Chilli mud crab), and Wok-fried wagyu steak.
