  • This study analyses the Naṣrid women who lived inside and outside the city of Granada from the perspective of wealth and influence, based on new recently published 15th century Romanised Arabic sources. We will explore two areas: women of the royal family and other women, sometimes associated with government elites, who had properties in Vega de Granada.
