  El artículo aborda el problema de una posible normatividad en el comportamiento con el otro a partir del análisis ontológico-existencial de Ser y tiempo. Constatada la insuficiencia de la reflexión heideggeriana sobre la conciencia moral (Gewissen) para este cometido, se pone de relieve que el análisis del Mitsein alberga una posible medida normativa en el trato con el otro, cosa que se lleva a cabo mediante una reinterpretación de la apropiación heideggeriana del Imperativo Categórico.

  This article addresses the problem of a possible normativity in the behavior with the other from the ontological-existential analysis of Being and Time. Having noted the insufficiency of the heideggerian reflection on the moral conscience (Gewissen) for this task, it is highlighted that the analysis of Mitsein houses a possible normative measure in dealing with the other, wich is carried out through a reinterpretation of the heideggerian appropriation of the Categorical Imperative.
