This chapter presents an innovative educational proposal, aimed at students in the third cycleof Primary Education, which combines education for sustainability with robotics. This didactic proposal,which is part of the project ‘Urban laboratory for sustainable school mobility: school roads’, fundedby the Palencia City Council, promotes sustainable school mobility, making school roads more dynamicin the educational community and incorporating technologies. In this case, using the programmable Micro:bit board and the Cutebot robot, students will learn basic concepts about programming and robotics,while reflecting on the importance and benefits of school roads. The activities that make up the interventionproposal are designed to be integrated into the school curriculum, combining theory and practice ina playful and meaningful context. The outcomes of the intervention are expected to include an increasein the conscious use of safe school routes, improved programming skills and increased environmentalawareness among students.
