Dianne van Giersbergen (1985) is a Dutch dramatic soprano, who is best known as the former lead vocalist symphonic metal
band Xandria.
On February 14th 2023 Dianne's long-awaited first solo single “After the Storm” was released under her own name "DIANNE". On September 22nd her second single "Unleash the Siren" was released.
Both will feature on her upcoming solo album "Soulward Bound".

What can I say about Kamelot that hasn't been said before? It's a fantastic band with a variety of melodies in each album, and this isn't the exception

Unfortunately, it's really only about half of a decent album. The first half feels like what I've come to expect and like from Ad Infinitum, this time with space/celestial-themed lyrics and ideas. The rest, though, is too close to generic pop/rock for my liking with poor, repetitive lyrics. The punch and haunting nature of their sound is sorely missing overall. Sadly their weakest release to date and hopefully not a sign of where they are headed.
